Every feature we ship is measured by its contribution to real carbon reduction. We prioritise projects with the highest environmental leverage and build tools that make sustainable choices the default.
Radical transparency
We publish our methodology, open-source our verification tools, and anchor proofs to public blockchains. If we cannot prove it, we do not claim it.
Ownership and autonomy
Engineers own their domains end-to-end, from design to deployment to on-call. We trust each other to make good decisions and ship quality work without excessive process.

Climate technology is evolving rapidly. We invest in learning through conference budgets, reading groups, and dedicated time for exploration and experimentation.
